Tim White

 

President of WOR, LLC and Vice President of HA HOLDCO, LLC

Tim White is President of WOR, LLC, a real estate holding company and Vice President of HA HOLDCO, LLC, a stock holding company.

In 1985 he moved to Grand Island to join his family’s holding company, with interest in Commercial Printing, Real Estate and a Financial Marketing Group, In 1989 he became president and owner of the holding company.

In 2007, Tim joined a development and management group as senior vice president and operations manager. The management group had interest in Ethanol and agricultural properties.

In 2010 Tim and a partner, purchased Heartland Ag, one of eleven (11) Case IH Application Equipment Distributors in North America. In 2016, Tim and his business partner sold the majority of their interest in Heartland Ag.

Tim serves on the board of the LB 840 Citizens Review Committee, Nebraska Chamber of Commerce, and is a past member of the executive board of the Nebraska Chamber of Commerce, past Chairman of the Grand Island Area Economic Commission, past President of Nebraska Diplomats, and was appointed by then Governor Mike Johanns to the Nebraska Economic Development Commission, serving nine years as a commissioner.

Tim and his wife Shelley have one son Tyler, an Orthopedic Surgery resident at LSU Medical Center in New Orleans.
